What happens after completing the referral questionnaire?
After completion, we will contact the person and company specified in the questionnaire using the contact details provided.
After assessing your needs, we will develop a customized offer for your colleagues at the company you recommend.
The recommendation becomes valid upon acceptance of our offer and conclusion of a contract for a minimum term of 1 year.
What do I get if I successfully refer someone?
And now for the important part, yes! :) After a successful referral, we will notify you in a separate email. The reward is a Koffein Roasters coupon worth 40,000 HUF, which you can redeem in our webshop for any coffee and accessories – except for DeLonghi coffee machines. The coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Can I recommend your services to companies multiple times?
Yes, you can recommend us multiple times, and you will receive a reward for each customer you recommend who signs a contract with us.
Can I use the voucher for my company's monthly order?
The voucher cannot be used for monthly company orders placed through the partner portal. The good news is that you can redeem it for any coffee in the koffeinroasters.hu webshop – whether for home or small office orders. However, it is important to note that this option does not replace the order obligation associated with the rental.
When will the recommendation take effect?
The offer only becomes valid after signing a contract (minimum 1-year fixed-term contract).
